Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, billing and shipping addresses, the logos or artwork you upload, and the details of your order.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic device and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links) through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
How we use your information
- To prepare quotes and produce, decorate, and ship your orders.
- To create and show you virtual proofs, and to confirm your approval before production.
- To communicate with you about quotes, orders, proofs, shipping, and support.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Suppliers and decorators who manufacture and imprint your products.
- Service providers that help us operate — payment processing, email delivery, shipping carriers, hosting, and analytics.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
Your artwork and logos
Files you upload are used solely to produce your order and to create proofs. You retain ownership of your artwork. See our Terms of Service for the rights and warranties that apply to artwork you submit.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and session working and to measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
